Feeding Hungry Souls

Me and my friend Pulkit are new grad students and we were exploring the dining options at Arrillaga Dining Hall. We didn’t carry much cash and weren’t sure how to buy a meal block. We discussed with the manager if we could pay for and eat a meal. Naturally after a long day we were really hungry. To our surprise the manager Javier offered us to eat the food free of cost. We were taken aback and couldn’t believe ourselves at first. But we did have a great meal. After the meal we went back to thank him for being generous, but he said something that touched our hearts: “We are here for you!”
